Seminars and workshops covering current issues within the care sector will be running throughout Care Roadshow Cardiff and are free for visitors to attend.
CPD certificates are available for seminar attendees upon completion of a Certificate Request Form which will be available at the show.

Gillian Baranski, Chief Inspector, Care Inspectorate Wales will be sharing some of the key learning points from the COVID-19 pandemic from the regulator’s perspective. This will include reflections on the impact good quality care and care services can make and the value and importance of working collaboratively and co-productively. Gillian will also consider how learning from the pandemic can be used to help drive improvements and support the sector post-pandemic.
11.30am – 12.00am: An Outstanding Mindset – The difference that makes the difference

In a thoroughly enjoyable and interactive session he covers a range of topics that increase morale, productivity wellbeing and more.
