• How can I register for Care Roadshows?

  You can register online for any upcoming Care Roadshows using the official registration page. Registration is free for all care sector professionals and only takes a few minutes to complete.

  Registering in advance is recommended, as it ensures you receive event updates, seminar schedules and important visitor information before the show.

• Who can attend Care Roadshows?

  Care Roadshows are free regional trade events for the UK care sector. They are specifically designed for professionals working across adult social care and healthcare services, with a focus on residential care and home care services.

  You can attend if you work in areas such as:

  • Care home ownership or management
  • Home care and domiciliary care
  • Supported living and complex care services
  • Nursing and clinical roles
  • Local authorities and commissioning
  • Care consultancy or training
  • Care sector suppliers and service providers

  If you are involved in delivering, managing or supporting care services, Care Roadshows are designed to provide relevant education, networking and supplier connections.

• Can students attend Care Roadshows?

  Care Roadshows are trade-only events for professionals currently working within the care sector. As a result, they are not suitable for students or individuals who are not yet working in the industry.

  If you are a student looking to learn more about the care sector, we recommend exploring industry publications, professional bodies or future career events designed specifically for students and job seekers.

• Are Care Roadshows free to attend?

  Yes. Care Roadshows are completely free to attend for care and healthcare professionals.

  Your free visitor pass includes:

  • Access to the exhibition featuring care suppliers and service providers
  • Entry to all CPD-accredited seminars and panel sessions
  • Networking opportunities with other care professionals
  • Educational content designed to support professional development

  There are no hidden costs to attend as a visitor.

• Can I register on arrival to the event?

  Yes, you can register on arrival at the venue if you have not pre-registered online.

  However, we strongly recommend registering in advance to:

  • Save time when you arrive
  • Avoid potential queues at the registration desk
  • Receive pre-event information and updates
  • Ensure a smoother entry experience

  If you do need to register on the day, simply go to the visitor registration desk when you arrive.

• Will I receive my entry badge before the event?

  No physical badge is sent in advance.

  Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email before the event. Your badge will be printed for you using your registration details and will be ready to collect when you arrive at the venue.

  This helps keep registration quick and efficient on the day.

• Can I attend more than one event?

  Yes. You are welcome to attend as many Care Roadshows as you like across the UK.

  Care Roadshows take place in multiple regions throughout the year, making it easier for care professionals to attend a local event. If you would like to attend more than one location, you will simply need to register separately for each event you plan to visit.

• Do I need to register for seminar or panel sessions?

  No booking is required for seminar or panel sessions.

  All educational content at Care Roadshows is free and open access for registered visitors. Simply arrive at the seminar area and take a seat. Sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early for popular talks is recommended.

  Topics typically include:

  • Care quality and compliance
  • Workforce and recruitment
  • Dementia and specialist care
  • Leadership and management
  • Technology and innovation in care

• Will photographs and videos be taken at the events?

  Yes. Official event photographers and videographers may be present at Care Roadshows.

  By registering and attending, you consent to photography and filming that may be used in:

  • Future event promotion
  • Social media
  • Marketing materials
  • Websites and printed publications

  If you prefer not to appear in photography or video, please inform a member of the event team when you arrive.

• What time do Care Roadshows open and close?

  Care Roadshows run during standard daytime hours to allow care professionals to attend around their work schedules.

  9:30am – 3pm

International Information

• Do I need a visa to attend Care Roadshows in the UK?

  If you are travelling from outside the UK, you may need a visa depending on your country of residence.

  We recommend checking visa requirements well in advance of the event.

• Can I get an invitation letter for a visa application?

  Care Roadshows cannot issue individual invitation letters for visa purposes.

  However, once you register for the event, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation can be used as supporting documentation for a visa application if required.
