How can I register for Care Roadshows?
You can register online for any upcoming Care Roadshows using the official registration page. Registration is free for all care sector professionals and only takes a few minutes to complete.

Who can attend Care Roadshows?
Care Roadshows are free regional trade events for the UK care sector. They are specifically designed for professionals working across adult social care and healthcare services, with a focus on residential care and home care services.

Can students attend Care Roadshows?
Care Roadshows are trade-only events for professionals currently working within the care sector. As a result, they are not suitable for students or individuals who are not yet working in the industry.
If you are a student looking to learn more about the care sector, we recommend exploring industry publications, professional bodies or future career events designed specifically for students and job seekers.

Are Care Roadshows free to attend?
Yes. Care Roadshows are completely free to attend for care and healthcare professionals.
Your free visitor pass includes:

Can I register on arrival to the event?
Yes, you can register on arrival at the venue if you have not pre-registered online.
However, we strongly recommend registering in advance to:
- Save time when you arrive
- Avoid potential queues at the registration desk
- Receive pre-event information and updates
- Ensure a smoother entry experience
If you do need to register on the day, simply go to the visitor registration desk when you arrive.

Will I receive my entry badge before the event?
No physical badge is sent in advance.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email before the event. Your badge will be printed for you using your registration details and will be ready to collect when you arrive at the venue.
This helps keep registration quick and efficient on the day.

Can I attend more than one event?
Yes. You are welcome to attend as many Care Roadshows as you like across the UK.
Care Roadshows take place in multiple regions throughout the year, making it easier for care professionals to attend a local event. If you would like to attend more than one location, you will simply need to register separately for each event you plan to visit.

Do I need to register for seminar or panel sessions?
No booking is required for seminar or panel sessions.
All educational content at Care Roadshows is free and open access for registered visitors. Simply arrive at the seminar area and take a seat. Sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early for popular talks is recommended.

Will photographs and videos be taken at the events?
Yes. Official event photographers and videographers may be present at Care Roadshows.

Can I get an invitation letter for a visa application?
Care Roadshows cannot issue individual invitation letters for visa purposes.
