• How can I register for Care Roadshows?

  You can register for free here

• Who can attend?

  If you work within the care sector then you can visit Care Roadshows for free.

• Can students attend?

  Care Roadshows are trade events therefore not suitable for students to attend.

• Are Care Roadshows free to attend?

  Yes, the exhibitions, seminars and panel sessions are all free to attend.

• Can I register on arrival to the show?

  Yes, you may register on arrival to the show. Please go to the registration desk to do so.

• Will I receive my entry badge before the event?

  No, you will receive a confirmation email before the event with your Unique Reference Number on it. Please show this confirmation email collect your entry badge at the registration point.

• Can I attend more than one event?

  Yes, you can visit as many Care Roadshows as you wish. You will just need to register for each one separately.

• Do I need to register for seminar or panel sessions?

  No, seminar and panel sessions are free for visitors to attend, simply turn up and join in.

• Will photographs and videos be taken at the events?

  Yes, by registering for Care Roadshows you agree to allow any photographs or videos taken by the official event photographer and videographer at the shows to be used in publicity materials by Broadway Events.

International Information

• Do I need a visa?

• I require an invitation letter to assist with my visa application. How do I apply?

  Unfortunately we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which is sufficient for visa application.
