When was the last time you used the term ‘Business As Usual’? Can you remember what ‘Business as usual’ even looked like? It’s safe to say as a sector we have been thrown the biggest curve ball with the pandemic, and only now, we are just beginning the journey of moving towards ‘Business as Usual. Albeit with what feels like baby steps.
This session will look at what activities you and your team you do every day and the learning from the last year to provide evidence that demonstrates great outcomes for people. By focussing on ‘business as usual’ processes, systems and organisational culture we will explore how you can build a picture of a service that has weathered the COVID storm and is in a place to start moving forward to outstanding.
