There is a plethora of research about dementia architecture, especially dementia friendly guidelines that are currently implemented in residential and healthcare environments, and although dementia affects everyone differently and individually, there are certain environmental adaptations that can improve the quality of life for people living with dementia. The seminar will highlight some of these techniques and talk about the benefit to those living with dementia.
