Attend Our Free CPD Seminar Programme

One of the key highlights of Care Roadshow Scotland is the opportunity to learn directly from expert speakers across a variety of care settings. We designed the programme specifically for care home, home care, and complex care professionals and leaders across Scotland.

Throughout the day, you can attend free CPD seminars and panel discussions that deliver practical strategies, leadership insights, and actionable support to take back to your service.

This year’s programme focuses on key industry challenges, including:

  • Maintaining strong leadership in a changing sector
  • Strengthening and retaining the workforce through long-term planning
  • Delivering person-centred care for individuals living with dementia and complex needs
  • Exploring the latest research in advanced dementia to reduce inequality and improve care
  • Understanding policy and regulatory updates in a session led by the Care Inspectorate

If you want to strengthen your organisation, improve care standards, and expand your professional knowledge, this programme offers valuable insights for professionals at every level. You don’t need to book, simply attend the sessions that interest you.

Build Valuable Peer Connections

Care Roadshow Scotland gives you a unique opportunity to connect with peers from across the Scottish adult social care sector in a relaxed and collaborative environment. Throughout the day, you can meet professionals who face similar challenges, share experiences, and exchange practical ideas that you can take back to your service.

Whether you work in residential care, home care, or complex care, you will find yourself surrounded by like-minded individuals who understand the realities of your role. These conversations often spark new approaches to common issues such as workforce retention, delivering high-quality care, and adapting to ongoing sector changes.

By the end of the day, you won’t just leave with knowledge, you’ll leave with a network of valuable contacts ready to support your professional journey.
