By Car:  Located just adjacent to the Metro Centre, and just off the A1 (M) Motorway, via the "Dunston, Whickham" turnoff. Parking at The Lancastrian Suite is free.

By Metro: Nearest Metro station is at "The Metro Centre", just half a mile from the venue

By Train:  Newcastle Central Station is just 5 miles from the Lancastrian Suite, and linked to the Metro system.

By Car:  Parking at Aintree Racecourse is free.

From South - Leave M6 at J21A and join M62 west, then leave M62 at J6 to join M57, follow signs for races.
From North - Leave M6 at J26 and join M58, follow signs for races.
From Mersey Tunnels - Follow signs for Preston, then for A59, then signs for races.

By Train:Trains run regularly from Aintree Station which is situated directly opposite the racecourse and links directly to Liverpool Central Station.


By Bus: A variety of bus routes cover Aintree Racecourse, for more information please visit the Mersey Travel website.

Travel Information

By Car:  Parking at Derbyshire County Cricket Club is free.

From M1 South - Take exit 25 - A52 Derby. After 6 miles arrive at PENTAGON ISLAND. The ground is 4th exit off this roundabout, signposted with a brown cricket sign.

From M1 North - Take exit 28 - A38 Derby. After approx 13 miles, arrive at roundabout, take 1st exit A61, signposted with a brown cricket sign. Follow over 2 more roundabouts, stay on A61. Just before 3rd roundabout, PENTAGON ISLAND, take left turn into cricket ground. If you should miss it, take 1st exit off roundabout into ground.

For Gateway Centre ignore the brown sign, take the second exit off Pentagon Island, then take the second left onto St Mark's Road. Take the second left off St Mark's Road onto Grandstand Road and onto the Gateway Centre car park.

By Train:  The nearest train station is Derby station which is a 20 minute walk from the Cricket Club. Derby Station has links to stations across the county.

By Bus: Buses run regularly from Derby Bus Station to the cricket club. Fees are in the region of £1.50 - £2.

By Car: Car parking for The Hilton Brighton Metropole can be accessed via Cannon Place which is situated off Kings Road (A259) at the traffic lights in between the Hilton Brighton Metropole hotel and Grand Hotel. St Margaret’s Place is the first turning on the left. You will need to follow this short road round to the right.
